I have been at Castlepark for 4 months now and overall I really like it here. Overall the grounds are really nice, lots of grass and trees and and you can get everywhere staying on walkways. The office staff are nice people and the maintenance guys are great. They always come make repairs same day. For the area this is one of the best complexes. They also allow both cats and small dogs.

Some down sides: Sidewalks tend to flood a bit at night when the drains clog up and the sprinklers are running. Pools are only lit above surface so for parents this may be a concern. Trees by some apartments prevent you from having the option of satellite TV but cable is now available too.

ETA: They've been repairing all the clogged drains so the flooding of the sidewalks is going away. Also, my review on construction is based on unrennovated.
