Would you like to know how Castlepark finances the renovations' They charge tenants who are moving out excessive and ridiculous move out fees. If you have one carpet stain, they charge you so they can put new carpet in the entire apartment! Also, the maintenance staff that lives onsite will go into your apartment without permission and look through your personal belonging! Cars are being stolen, criminals have mugged women in the complex. Go somewhere else, you'll be grateful you did!

Hey I agree. I have not lived there for years (since 2004) but It's the same old mess. When I lived there it was some kind of booty bandit running around showing his stuff to women, car radios and cars were broken into (never heard of them being stolen, but I guess the criminals graduated to grand theft auto)......It has always been a den of thieves that live there. When I moved out they charges me an arm and two legs because I left also.

I disagree with most of these two. Someone needs to check their story out. I live here now and walk my dog or play with my kids outside all the time. There are hundreds of people who live here. I bet the real gripe is about the move-out fees. If that is happening staff should resolve this complaint. Otherwise, staff fixes any problems in my apartment the same day.They are courteous and polite. I am however, worried about those move-out fees.
