I lived in these apt. on two separate occasions. First was in 1995-1996, second time was from 8/2001-9/2002. I must say that my first experience with the apartments was much more memorable than the last. A lot of things change in a couple of years. Overall, the apts. are clean and well kept. Management is friendly. Maintence on the other hand was a problem. I called on a few occassions for assistance, once for the heating system not working properly, it took mainenece approx. 2 weeks for a resonse to my complaint, and only then due to my contacting their corporate office. I had several problems with my toilet overflowing due to old pump. Each time, it was just "Mickey Mouse'd" back together until it finally had to be replaced after the 4th or 5th time of complaining. The management always had some excuse or another for things not being taken care of accordingly. Other than maintence problems, I was very upset when I moved out. The management attempted to charge me for repair and replacement of items that were damaged by their own mainenence people or were damaged after I moved out. Needless to say, we are currently disputing things.
Overall, I was satisfied with the property itself and would recommend it to someone needing a "nice" place to stay for a while. Unfortunalty, I cannot say I was happy with management or maintenence. I would say be cautious when you move out of what you are charged for and complain to corporate when things are not taken care of appropriately.
