I am a present tenet of the eureka manor apt located in san bernardino and i wish i would have followed my first mind about moving into this place. The on-site manager started off nice and made it seem as if he cared about the tenets and their families. Up until he recieved my money. There were serveal repairs needed to e made off the top and he assured me they would be done within a week, needless to say 8 months later and serveral requests as well they are just getting done. Not to mention the way he treats and talks to the females is rediculous. He has no respect for the apartments or the tenents to say the lease. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone not even my worse enemy.
