Since I moved here there have been cops several times and a crime scene investigation officer. Cockroaches infestation is great in this apartment I mean the whole building is infested and boric acid powder, baits, nothing works. The management at least sends the pest exterminator to whoever needs it every week, but that doesn't stop cockroaches at all. Sometimes at night a lot of people gather outside and it's pretty noisy.
Only nice thing is the pool being clean all the times and rent being subsidized meaning the taxpayers pick up the rest.

I just don't walk outside after 8pm anywhere cuz it seems a dangerous area and crime rate is pretty high.
Rent based on income and there are income restrictions.

Just 4 blocks from this place there are a lot of big grocery stores and bowling alleys, walmart etc
I never took the bus but there are buses around. The air conditioners work well and the bill can come as high as $120 without CARE discount, or around $100 with discount

Time warner cable provides cable TV and high speed internet, as well as Verizon.
Satellite is impossible to have cuz there are no balconies. There are 3 phone outlets in this apartment.

The stepping noises can be heard from people walking on the second floor.
The 1 bedroom apartment is slightly big for me. There are a lot of nice spacy closets and 1 smoke detector.

I believe there are well over 100 units in this place, ranging from 1 to 3 bedroom apartments.

The on-site laundry costs $1 to wash and $.75 to dry and there are a lot of washers and driers. There is enough parking for one car.
