I lived there for two years, not knowing anyone out here in Ca, Kathy and Ron welcomed me like family. You can count on them for any emergencies. I felt very safe and was not afraid knowing we had a gated parking lot. I loved the extra storage cabinet in the covered carport for extra storage. Kathy and Ron kept up with the maintenance, and Kathy keeps the property very clean. I had looked at several apartment complexes before coming here and cannot believe how well it's maintained compared to other places that did not feel right. The tenants around there are friendly since most worked or went to school at LLUMC. Highly recommended! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
