I rented a two-bedroom apartment here for most of 2004. My review is based on my tenancy then.

Management was ... interesting. At the time, the manager was Kathy. She was quick to solve disputes between residents (cooking smells, laundry, etc.), but had strange notions on other matters, such as pool use and guests. She freely admitted that she was feeding a skunk that was roaming the grounds.

The apartment itself was all right. Normal apartment fare, as it were. Occasionally I could hear sounds from other units, but not more than at any other apartment complex. The appliances were decent and functional. Couple of stains on the carpet, but nothing major.

No W/D hookups, but they do have laundry rooms. The gates to the complex actually work (and quickly); the security cameras made me feel safer.

Basically, it was a run-of-the-mill apartment complex in a sort of sketchy neighborhood, but the price was right and it was close to LLU. If you're not fussed about the locale, it might be worth considering.
