I am very surprised by some of the other reviews in regard to the management and grounds. While I lived here in 2008, any problems I had with maintenance were taken care of promptly and without any hassle or mess. I thought the grounds were kept up very nicely, especially in comparison to other properties I looked at in the area. The other residents were quiet and kept to themselves and I never had any problem with noise or being bothered by anyone. As far as parking, I was able to park in my assigned space comfortably. It is difficult for guests to park nearby, as the overflow parking is minimal and some residents have multiple cars, but I have never lived in apartments where it was easy to park. If parking is your concern, then go buy a house and be sure to get a large driveway! As for the management, I felt that they made every effort to make sure their residents were safe and comfortable. While they did have security cameras and kept a very good watch on the property, it is not their job to patrol everything 24/7. WAKE UP PEOPLE!! Wherever you live, you run the risk of getting your car broken into. I do not believe the managements' personal lives are anyones business but their own, but I do know that I was never inconvenienced or bothered by them in any way. Furthermore, I understood that the same manager had been there for 10 years, which means to me that the owner must think she is doing something right......
