Lived here for long time never had problems had a few nosey neghibors but you get that anywhere. Kathy is a nice person she will help you when you ask. After I had a baby she had colic and many times Kathy let me come over at 11pm to help me get her to sleep. I am known for losing my keys and locking myself out Kathy was always willing to help me find them or let me in my apartment. She is strict but because of that the apartments stay nice. She will go to bat for you if something is being said about you. The only thing I did not like was there was no patios but not a big deal. Kathy is very good about watching the security cameras and stopping things that should not be going on. These are the safest apartments in the neighborhood.
