Kendall Towers is a nice place for a college student to live. Located near Cal State San Bernardino, the apartment complex does not make getting to classes a long commute.
Although the complex is large, there are two laundry facilities and pools. No spa, gym, or recreation room.
Cats are allowed but no dogs.
The one bedroom apartments are a nice size but the kitchens are not equipped with a dishwasher and counter space is extremely limited. Two people cannot comfortably be in the kitchen at once. But, the kitchen does come with appliances in good condition, and a refrigerator!
The complex is gated and every apartment has an assigned space under the carport.
The complex is three levels so you must be able to climb stairs. Fortunately, there is an elevator on the complex but because of where it is situated, it is a long walk from the parking lot and is inconvenient.
Overall rating is good to average. Rent is competative with other complexes in the area and is easliy affordable for a working college student.
Due to the high winds in September - December, cable TV is a must for those who must have static free television.
