I have been living here at Kendall Towers for 3 1/2 years. It is fairly pleasant. I have never had any problems with the management and whenever something has broken Jose has always immediately come up to fix it. When I moved in the carpet was new, though it doesn't look it now. I have two bedroom apartment and find the space to be completely reasonable for the rent.

At this time I have no complaints, except for the parking issue. The parking lot available is very small and the apartments are only alotted one carport each. Can be a problem at times. Other than that I have always enjoyed living here. My neighbors are great! And I feel safe here which is the most important part.

There is new management coming in, so a lot of things may be changing fairly quickly. In all seriousness though, I would recommend this place to any of my friends and may be having some of my friends move in here fairly soon. All in all, if you could not tell, I like it here!
