Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
the leasing agents have lied to us several times about different things and they are usually rude.
they hardly make an effort to help when you complain about noisy neighbors (of which there are many!)
there's a rat living on our balcony that they will not actually take care of, even though they say they will.
but they do have a really good maintenence guarantee (just remember to get the confirmation #, or they will lie to you about that too)
