As a college student, I find the prices affordable, although they have just gone up. I am dismpayed by the extra charges for services like the gym or gate control but I understand the reasoning. Complex is big and as a female I can say I feel safe. Nice area with nice view. Good location for college students. Maintenance crew VERY friendly. Also allows dogs and cats.
