I have lived here for a year and a half and now they are selling all the apartments for condominium building. I have had nothing but a hassle living here. Lots of low class people, and I feel uncomfortable walking down to the garbage, pool, or gym. Amenities are horrible, and they hardly work. Management is becoming more and more rude and unhelpful. Parking has gotten so bad I have to park around the corner. People bang on doors. Laundry facilities are disgusting. Unsafe...what happened to the 24 hour patrol' Forget about LIDO. it's not worth your time or money, especially since they're kicking people out anyways. Rent went up for less parking, horrible service, and ghetto people who sit on their cars and stare at you.
