Lido seemed to be the ideal place to live in the begining. The staff seemed friendly enough, The landscaping was great. A few months after setteling here the story has changed dramaticly. Most the residents are incredibly low class. It turns out that federal welfare commisions have designated the location a subsidized housing community, so you end up having to hear the writhing droll of people who have nothing better to do than to stay up all night partying. The advertised amenaties are beyond a joke. After a year residing here 1 of the 3 spas has been perpetually been out of commision. The other two spas and pools are all closed indefinetly. Still to this day I've been barred acess to the gym on the grounds they don't have any available keycards to the door. They advertise the raquetball court, I've yet to EVER see it, despite my efforts, although I'm sure I pay heavily for it. It's a "gated community" But that doesn't stop everyone who pleases from parading in and causing ruckuss, if your lucky you might be able to find a parking spot on the weekends, all be it you may walk for 1/2 a mile. And it turns out the on site management is a joke, they seem nice enough, but are intirely unprofessional. Bottom line is I could go on and on, the only extra you get for your money
here is landscaping. But you won't enjoy it because you won't want to step foot out of the door with the kind of neighbors you live with.. If you DO decide to live here, make sure every one in the domicle has his/her own key so they can lock the doors every time they leave. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I have lived here at Lido for 3 years now. I moved in when it was still called North Pointe Apartments and was under different management. I have to say that I agree with almost everything this reviewer has stated. I have some horror stories about this place involving mold, my car being stolen, my car being towed twice by management because of their neglect to inform me on upcoming projects and various other things that have made living here embarassing. I'm glad to say that I'm moving in less than a week so I won't have to put up with it anymore.

I lived at Lido fro two years and it was hell. At first , it did appear to be a good complex. However, after several months i really seen what Lido is about. My car was vandalized several times. I seen several other residents who also had their cars burglarized. I called the police on several occasions. The management does not do anything about this problem even thought it is a problem that they have onsite. Management is unprofessional. The complex is becoming ghetto! Beware!!!
