Lido Apartment Homes formerly North Pointe Apartments

Lido looks nice at first glance, but when we moved into our apartment there were clothes from the last tenant next to the washer/dryer, food coating the floor under the fridge and stove, layers of dust everywhere. Damaged closet doors never got repaired, termites eating through the walls and they won't spray. Also, the floor and ceiling insulation is horrible so you hear everything from the person above and below. The maintenance people are great WHEN you can actually get them to come which is rare and when they do come, they aren't allowed to spend money on repairs.
