People who say they like this place must be new. Unfortunatley my husband and I have lived here two lONG years. We were naive enough to buy not rent, and with the economy we are stuck here. The worst part of course is the parking-there is not enough on the side where people own thier unit. Also there is a huge turnover rate and nosiy, drug using people. Lots of animals that people dont pick up after. Do not buy a unit maybe rent and then you will see how terrible they are. Plus if you own a unit you have to pay association dues which are a joke. Isn't that suppose to pay to keep things up in the complex' But yet I have complained about the gym equipment being broken and they haven't fixed yet-it's been well over 6 months.

Actually, my husband and i rent a 2 bedroom condo, and we have 2 parking spots - we've never had a problem with anybody else parking in them. I haven't seen any "drug using people" and everyone that I have seen walking their dogs always look like they're picking up after them.

I just moved out I rented thank GOD! the only thing that I have to complain about was the mail boxes why cant they put your name on the boxes I was fed up with geting my mail and the mail of four other people in my box! i used to send it back to the post office after awhile I just threw it away
