We thought we were choosing a great complex when we first moved in but we were wrong! The people who work in the manager office (especially the manager) are sooooo rude! They only want to help you if your wanting to rent but once you move in and live here you better not bother them. The manager will give you a huge attitude...she hates helping people!!! The complex is very ghetto. They keep renting to more and more ghetto people. My apartment is always shaking and i'm on the secound floor. The sad part is its usually shaking from the guy who works here. Hes either blasting his car radio or his radio in his apartment. The base is always very high. Its so bad that i'm on the secound floor and the floors are shaking!!! There are rockroachs all over these apartments and after talking to a few people in the wash room...some apartments have rats. The wash rooms are horrible. You put your clothes in the dryers and your clothes come out damper then when you put them in. I fill very bad for anyone who bought a condo here. I can't wait to leave once my lease is up. Seriously, unless you are a low life person with no respect for anyone int he world, this is not the complex for you. They don't do anything about the noise, the cockroaches, the borken appliances or the horrible horrible horrible service they provide but, they do waste money on a Halloween party! Good luck if you move in!
