I have lived here for almost a year and this is by far the worst place to live...I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies...cockroaches...crappy appliances...the sink leaks water everytime we run the dishwasher...they need to do a better job with screening their tenants...i know the economy is tough but your current tenants should be of the utmost concern, not the loss of revenue from evicting criminals...if you like your neighbors smoking pot and loitering this is the place for you...but if not I would strongly urge you to find another place to live. The office staff is also not very helpful and you will find that even though they won't evict people for criminal acts like the lease states..they will in fact gladly and quickly leave notices for shoes outside your door or a trash bag that has been set outside the door for five minutes. The manager is also extremely rude and will say whatever it takes to basically push you to the side without your voice being heard...all I can say is at the Lido apartments the rent is cheap...but it should actually be cheaper for what you get.
