Dont listen to the HATERS! Come out to the complex and see for yourself. Yes some the OLD reviews are true but those events are in the PAST. I have lived at LITTLE ZION MANOR for the past 5 years and the enviroment has changed TREMENDOUSLY!!!
Come and drive through the complex at night I Promise you will be ok. There is no hangingout, no graffiti, no abandoned cars,a very high SBPD presence. The complex look BEAUTIFUL, The staff is hard working and really CARE about ALL of the residents.
Not to mention Little Zion Manor Apartments unit are the LARGEST unit of all of the Low Income properties in San Bernardino. Each unit comes furnished with carpet and tile.

but what about your management and what they are letting Code 4 Towing do at your complex? http://www.topix.net/forum/city/san-bernardino-ca/T19SP45RHQCVCI3Q3/p9#lastPost jenn San Bernardino, CA #177 My vehicle was towed just yesterday at the little zion manor apartment complex @ 4:45pm with my hazard lights on while assisting my pregnant friend. There are no signs posted at all, no red line stating the that spot my vehilce was towed from was unauthorized. There is one sign posted in the main entrance which is more than 100feet away. Code 4 charged me $391.00 $97.00 of that was a gate feet in which they closed at 5:00pm and the towed my car 15 mins prior to that. I was only at my friends house for about 15 mins tops. I will br filing a formal complaint and calling the president of the complex. Those are low income apartments which mean the people who live there are either disabled or low income, had it been one of there vehicles there would not be able to get there cars back at all especially with those ridiculous rates.

I dont know who the black lady is that is suppose to be the manager but she does lock the door in order for people not to bother her because she is lazy. All she like to do is talk on her cell phone and be up in mens faces. She will get caught with her rude ass.

If you don't know who the black women in the office how do you know what she does? When I go to take care of my bussiness in the office I do not have a problem with getting in. Cause the DOOR is unlocked unless they are at Lunch.You say she is RUDE, you must have went into the office being RUDE!!! and she put you in your place. REMEMBER YOU HAVE TO GIVE RESPECT TO GET IT!!!!!!! BOO BOO The Little Zion Manor complex is QUIET AND LIVABLE I Love the staff and SBPD. AS THAT OTHER PERSON SAID " DON'T LISTEN TO THE HATERS"

oh please this broad sounds delusional and confused! haters? whos hating? people just telling it like it is and you over here trying to cover it up! there is no way in hell that this place is quiet and livable as you state. the area has been plagued by gang bangers and drugs for years! and it aint that much better now. just a few years ago my little cousin got shot at over there and he only 13! do not listen to this crazy women
