I've been renting at Mountainside for about a year. The new management is great! The keep the grounds nice and neat, and are doing some major spiffing up of the place. The people in the office are always very friendly and helpful. It's a great place for the price, the apartments are a great size and you get a lot. The free cable's definitely a plus!
I'd definitely recommend this place, especially if you're going to school at CSUSB because you can walk there from here.
