	I lived there around 94 and it was the full projects but was very nice and new...sorry to hear about that . I had some great times living there and making friends although we were poor

	This was by far next to the worst experience of my life. If anyone says that they have no problem with this place, they must be on drugs with the remaining 99% of the tenants, who are on drugs! Two ... more

	these apartments are atrocious, yes they are cheap but the conditions are absolutley unlivable
