I lived here for a year and Ill say the biggest problem we had was the maintenance. If somethin broke u better hope it wasnt too important because it would be a minute before they came up there to check it out. Then the whole apartment building runs off one water heater so if u wanted a hot shower u better get up before everybody else in the apartment lol. And then they were always "fixing" the water, so it would be off for hours and nothin would change so dont ask me what they were doing. Then they have stupid rules for the pool. They close it at 3 (when everyone is gettin home) no yelling in the pool, no splashing, no jumping, one adult for every 2 kids... jus alot of bull. And then the roaches... they come out and spray and the roaches are back within 2 days... they got that watered down spray or somethin lol but the roach problem is really bad....

Ived lived here for almost 2 years.. Single working mother I agree with the person above..they show u a nice model & everything..buuut when u move n its a different story..since day one my living room ac hasn't been workin...& I can count of all hands & feet how many times I asked them 2 fixed it..is it fixed yet?...nope..then the roaches...OMG!!!they sprayed that watered down stuff & I bombed b4 I moved n just in case..I didn't see any then..but when I moved my stuff in..they all came out..I NEVER had roaches til then.. & havin a little one its not good..then my neighbors don't make it no better!!just tired of askin for the same thing ooover & over maintenance don't fix nothin!!! Then u have security!!lol..yea..the gates r always broken so ppl can just come n& out..even if its fixed they can still get n..those who live here know what I'm talking about!!lol..then u have ppl who want to literally play there music loud alllll nite long for days @ a time..coming home @ 5 in the morning u don't want 2 hear that!!but yea..I guess I said enough..like they say..u get wat u paid for!!!its time 2 GO!!!
