be very afraid, unless you like cockroaches big enough to carry a small child on their back. I moved in earlier this year and hate it! I am counting the days til my lease is up so I can get my family out of here. The apartments are nice sized, but the owner's don't stay up on repairs etc. It's also infested with roaches. You see them outside, running up and down the walls, patios etc.....disgusting. If you are considering looking here, keep looking. Although the office staff is wonderful, they are limited as to what they can do to help the residents. I feel sorry for them having to rent this place to unsuspecting tenants.
