If it could only hold onto the few and far between good managers it has had it might be a nicer place, but as long as quantity supercedes quality... well you get the picture. Piss poor lighting, couldn't find the way out as you see by the length in time I lived here.You need to spend a little more time choosing who to rent to and weed the crap out to fix the local native population. Ya know'
