Much of your negative review could well be applied to the management prior to the current one. The current manager,Dee Moyes, has done a heroic job in lifting the morale of the tenants here. No one can please or appease everyone. Elderly people, especially old ladies (who usually are ill, lonely, disappointed), are often of a mindset that makes them impossible to please and complaining about everything is a way of life with them. The building is constantly being upgraded and improved. These are fine apartments, with wonderful views and a kind, curteous staff.
