Well where should i start'
OFFICE STAFF:
Very pleasant over the phone until your nationality is revealed. Delise the asst. manager is racist against everybody except white people. Nothing gets done in time and rent money get lost all the time. I lived here for 2years and i will never come back after my lease is up in November!
THE COMMUNITY:
Drugs Sex offenders Theves.. all the above the the residents do not care about the rules and regulations or the appearence of the property.
Save yourself the time and do not bother coming here.

I tend to disagree w/review.Re:tenants @ Sycamore Ridge, Yes,there's a diversity(thieves,Drug offend.etc,but that's n the"real world"itself,hell the same diversity exist in upscale & dwnscale neighborhoods,public schools,and churches!What bubble hv U moved in now that excludes the possibility of living among these people?In 4yrs my rent's never been lost,I alwys recv my RECEIPT in hand.Maintenance is prompt,& Delise is a person with good & bad dys as w/all humans. Your complaints are petty & focused on external factors rather that self-glad u will never come back- work on you rather than judging outside of you. How could you have made a positive difference @ Sycamore Ridge? At your new resident try UPLIFTING rather that judging and putting down others.
