it sucked !!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
i lived at tuscany for a year. my car was stolen along with my son's stroller, my radio, and so was my neighbor's car!! and then on a seperate occasion my second radio was stolen !! they have alot of drugs going in and out !! although i can say they fixed everything i asked them to. but they changed management alot!! there were always police coming to the apartments!! the rent was alot for all the ---- i had to put up with !! and they turned of the water at least 4 times a month to "fix leaks" .. . at least that is what were told !!! It SUCKED !!
