I have lived at the Tuscany Apartments for almost 2 years. I would not recommend these apartements for the following reasons:
POOR MANAGEMENT - The Cannon Management Company Employees do not know how to account for your rent. They pull figures out of the air. Heaven forbid you pay more then your monthly rent amount, they changed my rent amount to the $ that I paid and didn't fix it until I called several times. They are also unprofessional and make you feel like anything that you tell them is an inconvenience.
WATER TURNED OFF - They turn off the water atlease monthly from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. sometimes later. For the 2 years I've been here we've been without water atleast 30 times.
The pools were closed for over one month because they health department shut them down.
The grounds are always dirty and the mailboxes are always getting broken into.
The rent is not that expensive, but these are no luxury apartments as they claim...
Washers and dryers often broken or do not work well. They don't give change.
Tenants who were granfathered in and have pets let them use the restroom anywhere and do not pick it up.
