I have lived at the waterman apartments for many years and have seen managers come and go. Currently the staff are friendly and professional, I have never had a problem with roaches, but I guess it all depends on how sanitary one lives. They are a multi-culture community and never seen any preference on one or another. I would highly recommend this complex to my family and friends and any body looking for a place.

You should always go view and judge for yourself.

You are probably one of the managers relatives who have been living there for years, and recommended this ---- hole to all your family..thats why the place is so bad.Look this place is crap...doesent matter if you drown your apartment with bleach, the roaches are roaming around in the damn dirt outside. Its slum..and only low life dirty lazy ass people live there for long periods at a time. selling crack pays the rent. Low income idiots. Just because you have done nothing better with your life, other than having a million kids, running to welfare, getting food stamps, and having hard working "legal" americans pay to feed your lazy asses off breed. Go on and support your local ghetto..Thats where you and all the Low life losers belong...multi-culture my ass...Go on move in..you will surely find out lmfao
