Someone obviously has a vendetta against this place. Perhaps it's a former or current tenant that has had a very bad experience with the management team or it's a former employee that's been let go and is bitter.

You would have a vendetta too if you'd been through what I've been through at Crystal Springs.

CST definately has had it's up's and down's. After the male manager was let go (or left) a new manager came in and the office staff seems to have a good system in place. There are some buildings that are better to live in - the ones away from the highway, next to the road and park are far better to live in. I think people who have had a bad time here have a right to vent and tell the public their experiences. What I've read so far has been true - I've lived here since 2005, and I can say that all the ones that recommend "no" for living here are speaking the truth about their experience here at CST.
