I grew up in a family that owned income property and have been pleasantly suprised at the responsiveness of the property management office. The personnel are always patient and courtious. The landscapting, lots of trees and plants, are very well maintained. The project is older, however, you wouldn't know it since they are always keeping the buildings well maintained and the laundry facilities. It is enjoyable to not to have to clean the washers and dryers before you use them.

A great place to live.
