Yes, murder....there were four men shot in the back of the head execution style, over about 10 kilos. of cocaine. Yes, drugs and murder, still wanna live there'
Not to mention, I lived upstairs from a mentally ill man who used to knock on my door and ask me out for dinner, and when I would say no, he's scream at me. THAT'S the kind of people they let live there.
I lived there for EIGHT years, worst eight years of my life. I couldn't find another apartment closer to my work.
The management always changes, and there's a really big spider problem. The neighbors are loud and obnoxious, and they'll sit on their tiny baconies and scream as they talk on the phone. I have not met one nice neighbor.
Unfortunately, all the things I have said are true, so BEWARE and keep clear of Evergreen Ridge Apartments. And, PLEASE warn your fellow apartment hunters!! Thank you and good luck.
