I am warning those who are thinking of renting to Evergreen Ridge, because of my experience. I only lived in my previous unit for six months and they charged me a cleaning fee and touch up paint fee. Six months and we left the apartment cleaner than we received it plus we incurred an expense of over $100 for carpet cleaning. It is robbery and it is wrong. We spent alot of money on the dark and gloomy two bedroom apartment as it was, and for Evergreen Ridge to charge us a fee for cleaning and touch up paint is criminal! Also before we moved in they told us that the hot tub was going to get fixed...of course not...they removed it...also the gym is nothing but a cheap piece of equipment with weights, and their sauna is just a heater.
