I don't know what happened to this place. We moved in during 2001 and the mgt was upbeat, on top of maintenance issues, and kept the community together. Since then, mgt has changed over more times than I can remember. Neighbors come and go just as frequently. We've personally outlasted 3 sets of mgt. staff and over 6 neighbors. Looking back, they probably had the right idea. Local kids loiter all over the place on the weekends and drive those loud mopeds/scooters, everyone and their mother has a car stereo bass box that you can hear at all hours of the night when they drive through, and the overall appearance of the buildings gets worse each week. Don't get me wrong, you do get a good deal. One assigned parking spot, a great view, the office will accept and sign for packages for you, decent amenities and closet space, but that's it. If you have any issues, you better just learn to deal with them. During the original set of mgt, not only would they call you prior to going into your place, they would fix things the first time! Then leave you chocolates and thank you for allowing them to service the apt! Now' You do get a call asking permission to go in, but then they show up and leave the jobs half done, no notes, and you have to follow up with them on the status!

Three words...time to go!
