Don't be fooled by the seeming pleasant leasing office! They are con people and will tell you anyhting to get you locked into a lease. The apartment itself is pretty spacious but there isn't much in the area and it is cold and foogy most of the time. If you have maintenance problems it will take a long time to get fixed and you will have to call them everyday for a month to remind them. Safety and parking' Not safe, major drug bust in 1/02. Do not live in unit N-8 because there was a triple execution-style murder there. The whole time I was there, I saw police at the complex everyday for all sorts of disturbances. If you don't get home by 5:45 pm on the weekdays, you won't find parking! Each unit is assigened one spot despite the fact that each unit has many more cars than one. I didn't renew my lease because this place is a dump! Management sucks! The gym is negligable and the hot tub has been out of order since forever! Even though Treetops (the neighboring complex) is more expenasive, they at least have a classy leasing office, community ammenities that operate, and 24-hour security watch. Good riddance, Evergreen Ridge!
