I recently moved to Evergreen Ridge from shared housing in the City, so I am thrilled to have a place to park my car!!!! So far, I am happy with my choice. I love that the office will sign for your packages, since I mail-order on a regular basis.

The grounds are well maintained and landscaping seems to be kept up. The building looks a bit weathered, which I suspect is due to the ocean climate.

I dont have any maintenance or management issues to document at this time, but I will definitely keep you posted, if something arises.
