I lived in a 2 bedroom apt with my 2 kids for 1 1/2.My experience was just horrible. Whenever I asked for maintenance either they would to a long time to repair something or leave the work have way done. The manager Dawn is a rip off, a liar and evil unhappy person. Dawn , dont you know as manager tenants have rights and what you are doing is illegal. When I moved into this apartment it was not at its best. She claims the apartment had brand new paint. Thats a lie. First of all, Dawn you were not even working there when I moved in.One man that was there still works there knows the truth because he was working in the apartment when i did the walk through with the previous manager in 2004. She is trying to charge me $345.00 for a paint job. I wonder what is their definition on normal wear an d tear!!Let me just stop there before I say other mean things. I cant believe how they find any little detail to keep your deposit!!!!

I also faced the same problem with them. i am fighting in Small claim court. All the way i am coming from Ohio to california

you need to stop speaking bad about others when you speak bad and complain about others becare when you complain to much as the sayinig goes the snake might bite back if you complain too much for every little reason move on with your life Life is too short to compain about every little nit picking detail.
