Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
Lived at Evergreen Ridge apartments for a year and 6 months. At the end of my six month lease and every three months there after, my rent was raised at least $300.00. The management was often impersonal and impolite. Roxanne, especially, has poor work thics and interpersonal communication skill. In addition, the weather is unpleasant, usually cold and windy. If you are considering this apartment complex as your new home, stop and think about what you are doing. Reavaluate other options.
