I have lived here now for over a year and have observed many things that are pretty damn shady about this place. The "professional" cleaning they state they do after you move out - which they will claim your deposit for - is nothing but a couple of guys they probably picked up at the Home Depot parking lot, a vacuum and some bleach. LIARS! Management is two-faced and only care about $$$. The maintenance crew can't figure out their asses from a hole in the wall. Tenants are so very ghetto and management even allows them a space for their non-operating, rusted-out, unregistered cars. How thoughtful. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

It is very disappointing when I see comments like this posted. I have lived in Evergreen Ridge Apartments for over a year, nearly two and I have never had a problem with Management. All I can say is, looking at this post and the blantant hatefullness behind it, only reflects on that of the poster. I also noticed that they posted anonomously. :) good thinking
