The people are very unprofessional. If you get a package delivered, it goes to the office. If the complex Manager is interested, she will ask to use it. When you move out they will try to charge you fot ALL the little scratches etc to anything that you did't notice and some things that you did. I would save yourself a lot of troubles and find another place. I have been renting for 30 yrs and this place is by far the worst. Oh one more thing. If you car is left in front of YOUR stairs it can and will be towed. My daughter ran up real quick to use the restroom and her car got towed. Evergreen Ridge Apts. is a bad place to live. Oh one more thing, my son found a pile of bullets in the back corner of the complex...he was looking for our cat that dissapeared. I can go on but I think you get the idea.
