Those of you who watch Carlos Mencia will know what that means.... This place is full of them! The name of the complex should be changed from Evergreen Ridge to Dee Dee Dee Ridge! Management seems high - Maintenance is retarded .....using their leaf blowers when it's windy ....HELLO! - some tenants are SO ghetto.... blasting their crappy rap music from their cars through the complex at night and throwing garbage anywhere but IN the bins .... disgusting f-ing PIGS! So, if your idea of paradise is to be surrounded by Dee Dee Dees, this is the place for you!
