I have lived at Evergreen Ridge for a couple years now. I have had little issue with the management. However, many of the tenants are loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate. The buildings are on top of a hill, which recieves considerable fog and heavy winds.

When I moved in, my rent was only 1350. However, during the course of a couple years, after a more recent $75 dollar addition for sewer and water (you have to be kidding me) and 10% of rent increase, I will be paying close to 1600 a month.

Since I have not seen any improvements in my living conditions, nor the property or weather getting better, I truely question the actions of the Property Managment Company running this place.

They seem to have little consideration for the tenants or living conditions and every consideration for lining their pockets with cash.

Tenancy rates are dropping, may times people are unable to pay their rent. Anyone wonder why'

These apartments used to be affordable, and the conditions tolerable, but due to rising costs of rent. It is now lacking.

I will never understand how the Property Managment Company can consider charging each unit $75 dollars for garbage and water. Seems like someone is making a bit of cash.

All I can say at this point, I would have loved to stay, however, they have made it financially impossible for anyone to afford these conditions.

A pity really.

I would not suggest anyone move here. The owner seems more concerned with cash flow, then retaining good tenants.
