My step son moved into The Evergreen Ridge Apts. FirstHe found the apts and called me in Sacramento. Said they needed a co signer. That was all I was ever to be. Debbie made me drive all the way to San Bruno and fill out application as if I was the one that was going to be living in the apt. We all knew I was co signer only the way she did the final papers that I wasn't there for looked like I lived on the premises. Everytime they had a problem with someone that was supposidly visiting him they would call me. They were calling me about girls, cars parked in the wrong spot, trash on the porch, music late a night. Finaly she said he had to leave. The way she did it is she said because she liked him and he was a good kind and that what was going on wasn;t realy him but the people that he hung around with was that as lond as he was out of the apt on a paticular date and she had the keys that he would not be charged any charges except the regular. Like cleaning and or damamges. I end up getting a call from a Collection agency asking for $12,450.93. I immediately called Debbie asked what that was about,she put me of with we did contact them it shouldn;t be that much. she wanted me to call them back and tell the agency it wasn;t that much. She said she would call me back she never did. Anyway he complied with what she asked him to do and now I have a bill for $4900.55. Still no itimization re the charges. Called Tuesday and still don't have an answer. The way they handle business is not with trust, some fraud and not completely honest.

Maybe she was trying to help your son out and he burned his bridge.
