I have been here for several years now. We have gone through three managers of the complex in that time. The lastest and worst being our most current.

The place is a dump, the landings walking up to your apartment are moldy and the wood is rotting, the doorwells flood when it rains. Nothing ever is repaired properly around here, I believe the thought with the maintenance crew is just to patch it. Got mold, well a coat of paint will hide it.

Can't even begin to mention how many neighbors have come and gone in the apartment next to me and around me. Along with all the screaming and fighting, the ghetto neighbors behind me, yelling up from the parking garage as they fight with their families. It is unbelieveable how inconsiderate and rude some people can be.

We live next to a complex that has been rotting away with black mold for several years now. Garbage in the streets, broken glass, and crime.

The police come here frequently do to issues with tenants and in general crime. We have wild cats roaming around, I can't tell you how disturbing it is listening to the cats fight in mating season.

But lets not stop there, we have racoons in the garbage cans, I have yet to see a skunk, but I smell them all the time.

It is foggy and cold, the weather leaves much to be desired. Oh and don't forget, even if they don't keep up the property, the Manager is sure to jack up your rent.

I was most amused at her current tacktic to have people call you to remind you to pay your rent. It is annoying, and not only that, but her sue happy comments to any tenant that is late.

We pay more for garbage and water and sewer then a person that owns a house. Someone is padding their pockets along the way.

The general concensus is, if you want a clean safe, decent, affordable apartment. Don't come here, you will be sadly disappointed.
