We have lived at Evergreen Ridge since 2006. We have not had one problem with management since we've been here. I broke a light switch, called the office and maintenance fixed it the same day. Our apartment was clean when we moved in and we're keeping it that way.

As for the weather, it doesn't bother me. I like the fog, the wind, and the sun equally. Anyone who lives in this part of the Bay Area should be used to it by now.

The parking is sometimes a hassle, but the rule is, 2 cars per apartment. It appears that many people violate this. It makes it unfair for residents who follow the rules.

All told, we'll probably stay here until we are ready to buy a house, or until the rent becomes too high for us. Last year we did not have an increase at all.

This place is real dump. Carpets are wornout and rent is way too high! Heaters are terrible not central and they dont work well and kitchens have small dishwasher if you lucky to get one. The location is bad too its foggy all year long constant dampness very unhealthy and animal piss smell all over. Skyline Blvd. is right infront noisy and always cars and lots of blackouts sometimes no hot water for several days at a time! Don't move here you do youself favor and go to crystal springs they much better I'm happy there now glad I moved. Office staff always getting fired and new people in office very bad management. The laundry machines are very expencive too. Apartments nextdoor get closed down for colera too!! BE WARE
