An okay place to live. I only lived there a short time over the summer but some of what I do know is that the rent was far too high. I was facing Skyline blvd. and had an amazing view ot west and east bay on the rare day when it wasn't foggy, however this is the bay area so it's to be expected. It was very close to Skyline college which was a attracting feature when I moved in.
The apartments were okay but because there were no washer/dryers it was a real pain to have to haul your laundry up and down the stairs, and they were charging far too much for the 'convenience' of having an on sight w/d.
The parking was terrible, I frequently had to park up the road by the residential homes and walking to the apartments at night made me feel uneasy. My boyfriend's car was broken into once when it was parked on the street.
Most of my neighbors were relatively noisy, however so was my roommate at all hours of the night and early morning so I couldn't blame them too much. If I sat relatively quietly in my room I could hear the neighbors T.V. or hear them having a conversation. There were a lot of kids that ran around the neighborhood unsupervised, however they all seemed relatively harmless. Some of my neighbors would leave their trash in front of their door which would of course attract rodents.
A friend of mine came over and was trying to help me with a car problem, we were right around the corner from where he had left his still running car on a fire lane line for no more than 15 minutes before a tow truck was driving through the neighborhood looking for his car.
I personally never cared for the staff. All I wanted was the light in front of my door fixed so I could actually see when trying to enter my apartment, I had to ask them several times before it was finally replaced, but then another one was no longer working that same day... You decide. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
