We lived at Evergreen for almost 2 years and in that time we dealt with one thing or another. The apartments were nice at first glance, until you actually live there! Everything started to fall apart shortly after we moved in. The bathroom fan, heater, dishwasher, closet doors, the sliding back door. The management did nothing to help us out. We had to demand to get things fixed! We asked not once, not twice, but multiple times to fix our broken apartment. The management had a bad attitude and treated the tenants rudely. They are unprofessional and rude. Furthermore, when we moved they charged us $270 to clean the carpets! The corporation that owns the complex was even worse. They do not have compassion for anyone and just as rude as the management. I accidently broke a window because I passed out from some medication that was too strong. The lady from the corporation came to our apartment, after the window was fixed. I told her about my condition and she floored me when she said "things happen," like what happened is an everyday occurrence. They DON'T care about their tenants and only want to take your money in any way they can!

its so true i hate these apartment rent is way too high the management discriminates and ive seen it first hand right in front of me i hate dealing with them i cant wait to move just counting the days the carpet is like a shedding dog and broke two of my vaccuums already . i have a baby girl and i can hear her breathing so hard ever since we got here because shes a crawler. its so hard no elevators n no close alundry rooms this is the worst apartments ever
