Unresponsive staff There are a lot of issues at this community. The common areas are not maintained, the walls are filthy, the garage looks terrible and even when you call to complain, there is no response. The staff is completely useless and don't both calling the 24 hour security

Unfair rent increases I agree with most comments below. In addition, once our 1 year lease was up, Archstone increase our rent by $500/mo if we signed another 1 year lease and by $1,000/mo if we went month to month!

lots of ------ I only lived here for a short time while waiting for my home remodel to be completed. I was appalled at the way people live here. People are dirty, leaving their trash wherever they please and the laundry rooms are left filthy. Lots of kids live here and drive into the complex
