From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   After 3 years of living here I have received 3 rent increases which isn't worth it to live here. The walls are so thin and the floors creek, I can hear everything which makes it hard to sleep and parking is pretty bad at times. Plus the first apt manager was fired and now the second has quit. But the area is great, quiet and sunny.
